Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive quality assurance reviews across Care Resources services, focusing on standards and outcomes.
Monitor compliance with statutory duties, regulatory frameworks, and internal quality standards.
Evaluate provider performance and recommend evidence-based improvements.
Develop and follow up on action plans with service providers to ensure measurable progress.
Promote placement stability and safeguard children’s welfare through consistent oversight.
Lead Quality Assurance visits and oversee placement officers where required.
Prepare and present detailed reports outlining findings, outcomes, and thematic learning points.
About You
Qualified and registered Social Worker with experience in safeguarding, quality assurance, and assessment.
Background in fostering, kinship care, SGO, residential, or placement services.
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with confidence in offering professional challenge.
