Job Summary
£12.85 per hour. Barrow‑In‑Furness, Cumbria. Full‑Time/Part‑Time.
Responsibilities
* Support adults with mental health needs and learning disabilities to live their best lives.
* Visit service users in their own homes or other settings and offer practical support for independent living.
* Provide emotional support in accordance with individual support plans.
* Assist with daily living tasks such as cooking, appointments, medication and money management.
* Work independently, using own initiative, on a flexible rota of 37.5 or 22.5 hours per week.
Qualifications / Requirements
* Experience working with adults with mental health needs or learning disabilities preferred.
* Must be a car driver and car owner, or have access to a vehicle. Mileage allowance will be paid.
* Ability to lone work independently.
