Dove & Hawk are now partnered with a highly experienced and independent estate agency, based in Surbiton. They are looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to focus on their high-end listings .

Duties/Responsibilities
Arranging, attending and conducting viewings.
Handling high value transactions
Generating valuation opportunities within the patch.
Price reductions when necessary.
Providing detailed viewing feedback to vendors.
Presenting and negotiating qualified offers to ensure the best outcome for all parties involved.
Produce the relevant paperwork required.
Requirements of the role:
Preferably 2 years' experience in London's residential sales market, 12 months minimum.
The ability to handle high value transactions with care
In depth knowledge of the sales process, and file progression
Local knowledge of Surbition, Kingston, Long Ditton, Berrylands, Hinchley Wood and Thames Ditton
A full UK Driving Licence and your own car
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
Strong IT Skills
What's on offer
Basic Salary: £28,000-£30,000(open to a guarantee)
OTE: £65,000 1st year (uncapped)
You will be the prime property negotiator, primarily dealing with their high-end stock; priced £800K - £2M+
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm / Saturdays by appointment only
Car Provision: Full UK drivers' license and access to your own car, £4,200 car allowance provided.
