As a Senior Lead Project Manager, you will oversee complex technology implementation projects, focusing specifically on AI and contact center solutions. This role requires a balanced understanding of technical aspects, financial management, client interaction, and detailed project oversight within a structured PMO environment. Key Responsibilities: Technology Implementation: Utilize technology solutions to fulfill client business objectives. Manage projects involving AI, GenAI, contact center solutions ( CCaaS ), and customer experience technologies like voice/chat bots. Financial Management: Handle project budgets, revenue forecasts, and financial reporting. Ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion. Client Engagement: Interact effectively with strategic clients to understand needs and ensure project satisfaction. Serve as the overall project lead, ensuring successful project completion. Workstream Management: Oversee multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring effective prioritization and alignment across diverse teams. Attention to Detail: Maintain precision and quality in project deliverables and processes. PMO Compliance: Adhere to Project Management Office standards and methodologies for consistent project management practices. Required skills: 10 years of proven working experience as a Project Manager in the information technology sector Bachelor's degree in a related field.
