Location: Warwick, UK
Wipro are looking for an Workday test lead to work in the UK on a fixed term contract basis. The successful candidate should have strong experience with Workday and extensive hands on testing experience.
What we’re looking for:
* Lead the testing activities for our workday teams
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business processes
* Develop comprehensive test strategies and detailed test cases based on business requirements and functional specifications.
* Execute functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for Workday enhancements and new modules.
* Experience in Non-Functional Testing (NFT), risk assessments and any other performance related testing for Workday
* Identify and document defects, working with functional, technical & vendor teams to ensure timely resolution.
* Establish and maintain testing documentation, including test plans, test scripts, and test reports.
* Provide training and support to team members on testing best practices and tools.
* Participate in project meetings and provide updates on testing status and risks.
What you will bring:
* Proven experience as a Test Lead in Workday or similar ERP systems.
* Experience with automated testing tools and methodologies.
* Exposure to data warehouses
* Strong understanding of financial processes and reporting.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
