Restaurant Supervisor Overview:
Working alongside the Restaurant Manager in our AA 2 Rosette restaurant, The Mirabells, you will have responsibility for overseeing the food and beverage operation, ensuring our guests a memorable fine dining experience. You will motivate and assist a dedicated team, deputising when necessary, to ensure that high standards are consistently met.
Restaurant Supervisor Attributes/Experience:
* Previous experience at Supervisory level in fine dining, along with service with a smile.
* Good time management and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
* Have a genuine passion for food, wine and people.
* Have excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with colleagues and guests making the Grand Hotel an experience to remember.
