Recoveries Administrator (Energy)

About the Role:
Join ourCollections & Recoveries team to manage administration, liaise withstakeholders, and support our efforts in the energy transition.
This is a Hybrid role assigned to our Leeds office where thesuccessful candidate would be based two days a week. On offer is acompetitive salary and benefits package.
KeyResponsibilities:
* Manage accounts through our debtrecovery process
* Contact customers to collect payments viaphone/email
* Liaise with stakeholders to reduce aged debt andresolve queries
* Negotiate and manage payment plans
* Maintain accurate records and data
* Create legalpacks and manage spreadsheets
* Handle accounts withdetrimental information from Companies House
* Manage customersin insolvency and create landlord letters
* Assist thedisconnections team with support tasks
* Prepare and validatelegal packs
* Manage post and mailboxes
Experience and Skills:
* Experience in legalpractice, insolvency admin, or debt recovery
* Preferableutility industry experience
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Strong organizational skills and verbal reasoning
* Ability to manage conflicting priorities and handle difficultcustomers
* Team player with the ability to work at all levels
* Understanding of the legal claims process
* Knowledgeof the energy industry is desirable
Qualifications:
* GCSE or equivalent
