Administration Officer
hoot creative arts is looking for a confident and conscientious Administration Officer to join the team. The role will provide a front of house reception service and a variety of practical administrative support to staff and its projects. The role also includes handling sensitive and confidential information and answering occasional sensitive phone calls where people may be experiencing anxiety, worry and sometimes distress. You will also be required to work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the effective delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide front of house reception service.
* Offer practical administrative support to staff and projects.
* Handle sensitive and confidential information.
* Answer sensitive phone calls involving anxious or distressed callers.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective delivery of projects.
Compensation and Working Conditions
* Salary: Pro rata of between £25,583 to £26,403 depending on experience.
* Hours: 4 days/week, permanent depending on project demands and funding. Flexible working can be discussed but core hours need to be covered during the week.
* Location: hoot creative arts, Bates Mill, Milford Street, Huddersfield HD1 3DX.
