The Role: Clinical Negligence Solicitor As part of the Clinical Risk team, you will manage a high-quality caseload of defendant clinical negligence matters. Clients include NHS Resolution, NHS Trusts, medical defence organisations (MDUs), independent healthcare providers and medical malpractice insurers. Key Responsibilities: Handle a varied and complex caseload of defendant clinical negligence claims Draft pleadings, witness statements and letters of response Engage in face-to-face negotiations, claim mediations and counter-schedule preparations About You: Qualified Solicitor with 0–5 years PQE (all levels will be considered) Background in defendant or claimant clinical negligence or defendant insurance litigation Experience with NHS Resolution panel firms is advantageous but not essential A solid understanding of NHS protocols, KPIs and commercial drivers is a plus Why Join This Firm?
