With offices worldwide, they help brands optimize customer engagement through their innovative marketing platform. THE ROLE You’ll support a major retail client, working onsite 2–3 days per week. Responsibilities include building and managing email and loyalty campaigns, maintaining existing triggers, and collaborating with both internal and client-side stakeholders. The role also involves learning and upskilling on the marketing platform, while working closely with client services on campaign governance.
