The Company
Modern Water is a pioneering and innovative technology company, specialising in membrane water treatment solutions and advanced monitoring products.
We have developed cutting-edge technology focused on monitoring contaminated water and decontamination of wastewater, making water recycling more efficient.
We are seeking an experienced technical support scientist to join us in this growth journey.
The Role
1. Provide expert advice to customers via telephone, email, and live chat.
2. Support colleagues with scientific advice as needed.
3. Ensure excellent customer service, troubleshooting software, hardware, and equipment issues.
4. Install equipment, perform demos, training, and workshops for customers.
5. Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to support new sales opportunities.
6. Travel locally and internationally as required.

Salary: £40,000 per annum, full-time, with 33 days annual leave including bank holidays, pension scheme, and bonus scheme.
