Medivet Washingborough in Lincolnshire has an opportunity for a RVN to join this talented team.
Recently refurbished, Medivet Washingborough is a well-equipped and sizable multi-vet practice. The team is led by an experienced Lead Vet Surgeon and Practice Manager, handling a general but varied small animal caseload from a lovely group of clients.
Washingborough is an up-and-coming rural location just ten minutes outside of Lincoln, offering good city access while maintaining a village feel.
This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week with a 1:3 Saturday rota (08:30-13:00).

Role Accountabilities

In this role, you will:
* Deliver exceptional care to clients.
* Support surgeries and procedures, completing all pre- and post-procedure activities.
* Carry out nurse-led appointments and schedule related activities.
* Provide patient monitoring and care.
* Manage admissions and discharges as directed by the Veterinary team.
* Handle patient transfers to out-of-hours or enhanced care.
* Dispense and check medication.
* Maintain professional standards, complying with all regulatory, practice, and operational guidelines.
* Hold team briefings to coordinate practice activities effectively.
Your Skills and Experience
* RCVS registered Veterinary Nurse.
* Experience in delivering high-quality patient and client care.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Experience supporting Nurse consultations and understanding their impact on practice performance.
* Skilled in coaching and influencing colleagues to achieve best results.
