What You’ll Be Doing
A role designed for engineers who love variety, collaboration, and technical depth.
You will
* Develop innovative mechanical designs for clean water and wastewater infrastructure
* Produce high‑quality drawings, reports, calculations, and schedules
* Coordinate multidisciplinary designs and manage technical interfaces
* Work closely with project managers, engineers, JV partners, and clients
* Review bids, subcontractor designs, and provide on‑site technical support
* Mentor junior team members and help shape our future talent
* Oversee budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure quality outcomes
What You’ll Bring
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
* Experience in water, wastewater, or related industries
* Knowledge of treatment processes, equipment selection, and design principles
* Familiarity with CDM, procurement, and document control
* Strong communication, teamwork, and digital skills
* A proactive, adaptable, problem‑solving mindset
Desirable Extras
* Professional qualification (IEng / CEng MIMechE)
* Leadership or mentoring experience
* Passion for continuous improvement and progression
