The Role
Production Technicians are vital members of our growing operations team, supporting the build, testing, and servicing of our
PP200 Flywheel
and
Revolution Battery
products. As demand increases to hundreds of units per year, youll play a hands-on role in ensuring our systems are manufactured, tested, and delivered to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble key components of our energy storage systems, following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensuring documentation is accurately completed.
Load pre-configured software and parameters to electrical equipment.
Conduct multiple test regimes, recording and maintaining full traceability of results.
Work with the engineering team on fault-finding and problem-solving during system builds.
Service and maintain returning systems, including oil changes and scheduled component replacements.
Carry out on-site repairs and maintenance at customer sites (initially under supervision, with training provided).
Maintain all records and documentation to the highest professional standard.
Project a professional image at all times to suppliers, customers, and colleagues.
Follow all company policies, procedures, and Health & Safety rules, engaging proactively with site safety practices.
Undertake other duties as required by the business.

Requirements
Right to Work in the UK
(visa sponsorship is not available for this role).
Flexibility to travel for customer site work within the UK (full UK driving licence desirable).
Physical ability to carry out manual assembly tasks (reasonable adjustments will be made where required, in line with the Equality Act 2010).
