SEN Teaching Assistant
Do you have a passion for supporting students with additional needs and helping them feel confident in school? We’re looking for an SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive, inclusive secondary school where SEND provision is taken seriously.
You’ll be working closely with SEN staff and teachers to support pupils with a range of needs, helping them access learning and feel part of the school community.
Daily pay: £90–£100
The role
1. Supporting students with additional learning needs
2. Working one-to-one and in small groups
3. Helping pupils access the curriculum and classroom routines
4. Encouraging independence and confidence
5. Supporting emotional regulation and engagement
What we’re looking for
6. Experience supporting SEND, in schools or similar settings
7. A patient, understanding approach
8. Strong communication skills
9. Someone who values consistency and relationships

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
