Empowering Learning is currently recruiting for 8x Learning Support Assistants to work within SEND schools in Croydon and the surrounding areas, supporting pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and complex needs. We are looking for dynamic and adaptable Learning Support Assistants who can support pupils daily in the classroom. Some of the pupils you will be supporting have a variety of SEND needs. While experience supporting different needs would be desirable, it is not essential. You will play a vital role in helping pupils with communication, learning, and independence in a safe and inclusive environment to aid their development.

* Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and planning activities

Job Requirements
* Experience supporting children or adults with ASC
* Experience supporting children with learning difficulties or disabilities
* Strong communication skills
* Valid child and adult enhanced DBS registered with the online update service or willingness to apply for a new one
* Available 5 days a week
* Able to commit to 6-12 months
