Based in Dundonald, you’ll be joining a public sector organisation that plays a vital role in delivering essential healthcare services across Northern Ireland.
Your new role
As an Administrative Officer, you will play a key role in supporting Managers and Contractspliance Officers to ensure the smooth running of the department. You’ll be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks including:
1. Organising meetings, taking minutes/action notes, and following up on documentation
2. Maintaining accurate records and filing systems for contracts, provider insurance, and departmental documentation
3. Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and handling iingmunications
4. Providing general administrative support including word processing, spreadsheets, and database management
5. Supporting contract review processes and monthly monitoring activities
6. Assisting with stock control and ordering supplies
7. Acting as a point of contact for internal and external queries
What you'll need to succeed
8. 5 GCSEs (Grade A-C) TO INCLUDE English Language and Maths or equivalent or higher educational standard
9. AND 1 year’s Administrative / Clerical experience.
10. OR 3 years' Administrative / Clerical experience
11. Good working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and outlook)
