Are you passionate, driven and ready to make a real impact?Were looking for a proactive Scrum Master to join our team at Cooper Solutions!If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love working with people, and want to help shape the future of our products, we want to hear from you!What Youll Do:Lead and energise our development teams, making sure Agile ceremonies (like daily stand-ups and sprint reviews) run smoothly and stay on trackSupport Product Owners with backlog management and prioritisationRemove obstacles and keep the team focused on delivering great resultsCollaborate closely with the product owner, wider stakeholders and senior management to manage the backlog and balance scope, time, and quality, while keeping the relevant people up to date with deliverables using Agile metrics.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality deliveryWork closely with IT, product management, data, and business teamsHelp onboard new team members and coach Agile principlesMonitor and optimize delivery performance using Agile metrics.
