We’re recruiting for an experienced Customer Relations Manager to join our client’s automotive team in Long Bennington. This is a key role - responsible for managing day-to-day relationships with customers within the automotive sector, ensuring service expectations are met and issues are resolved efficiently.
The Role:
1. Maintain strong, positive relationships with key automotive clients.
2. Act as the first point of contact for customer queries, concerns, and service updates.
3. Resolve issues promptly, maintaining a high standard of customer service.
4. Work closely with internal teams to support customer requirements and resolve operational challenges.
5. Monitor and manage customer satisfaction levels, identifying areas for improvement.
6. Support with reporting and account updates where required.
What We’re Looking For:
7. Previous experience in customer management or client-facing roles.
8. Automotive industry experience is highly desirable.
9. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
10. Confident communicator with a professional, outgoing approach.
11. Able to work independently and as part of a wider team.
12. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
