Business Development Manager
Salary: £26,000 – £39,000 basic + uncapped commission
Car Allowance: £3,000 – £7,500
Location: Field-based / Hybrid (east kilbride)

Key Responsibilities
* Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities
* Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
* Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to close
* Conduct meetings (virtual and face-to-face) with decision-makers
* Understand client needs and present tailored solutions
* Maintain an active pipeline and accurate CRM records
* Consistently achieve and exceed targets
About You
* Proven experience in a B2B or B2C sales role
* Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
* Highly self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
* Confident building relationships at all levels
* Comfortable working independently and managing your own territory
* Full UK driving licence preferred
