Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic person to support a range of fundraising initiatives within QAC’s Fundraising Department
Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract: 52 weeks
Annual Leave: 7.2 weeks, including Bank Holidays.
Due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate must have a full current driving licence.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Research and promote a range of suitable challenge based events, supporting the administration and registrations as required.
2. Respond to and support community fundraisers.
3. Maintain relationships with regular donors.
4. Ensure good stewardship of supporters including thank you letters, charity updates etc in line with GDPR.
5. Manage information and utilise the CRM system for recording of data.
6. Provide updates and graphics for the website and social media platforms.
7. Work with fundraisers to obtain case studies/fundraiser profiles where possible.
8. Support the running of campaigns and events.
