Marketing

Marketing is at the heart of Essential Home. We pride ourselves on our unique way of driving growth for some of the world's most loved and trusted health, hygiene and nutrition brands. Our global teams lead on our overarching brand strategy, brand guardianship and innovation pipeline in close partnership with R and D, leaving our local marketing teams to deliver on our regional goals in partnership with our Sales teams. About the role

As part of the Marketing team, you will support the team at the front line of strategic execution and at the centre of product delivery within a FTSE 10 Company. Our dynamic, ownership-driven culture will bring out the best in you every day. As a Senior Brand Manager (SBM), you will focus on driving growth in your market by leading the execution of the brand marketing plans for a category in line with the country’s commercial strategy as set by the Area.


Your responsibilities

* Responsible for achieving financial and market share targets for a brand or category in the market.
* Manage marketing for two brands, ensuring activation excellence of central Powerbrand plans.
* Collaborate across functions including Area, supply, sales and finance to develop and execute successful commercial plans to meet targets.
* Oversee initiative development and activation of local brands, including new product development, consumer and shopper communications.
* Propose business development initiatives based on consumer, shopper, and market insights.
* Support Trade marketing in implementing store-format activation plans and optimizing product assortment and promotions.
* Assist the Sales team in creating customer presentations and meeting customer requirements.
* Manage local brands, developing brand plans, product initiatives, and communication strategies.
* Coach and develop team members.


The experience we're looking for

* Minimum 5 years’ experience in brand marketing.
* Proven ability to develop brand strategy, product, and communication innovation.
* Experience in creating 360-degree campaigns, including traditional TV and digital channels such as programmatic, social media, and OLV, with a good understanding of best practices.
* Strong leadership skills and proven experience.
* Excellent analytical and communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus but not necessary.
* Fluency in English.
