We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Locum Pharmacist Prescriber to join one of our GP Surgerys. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to work in a dynamic environment and make a real difference in patient care.
✅ Requirements:

GPhC-registered Pharmacist Prescriber
*
Minimum 6 months UK experience as a practicing pharmacist
*
Proven ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
*
Strong clinical knowledge and patient consultation skills
*
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
