ROLE
Bethany's Housing Support Fife is a dynamic and growing service providing multiple types of housing support in Levenmouth, Glenrothes and North East Fife areas. Bethany Christian Trust is seeking a support worker to join our Short-Term Housing Support team. The successful post holder will work as part of a team delivering flexible and person-centred support to people in a wide variety of situations to meet their core housing needs.
We are looking for a person with a proven record as a team player with excellent communication skills; it is essential that you have a desire to work alongside people in a care and/or support setting. We would welcome applicants with lived experience of some of the issues that we support people in addressing.
An SVQ 3 in Social Care, Promoting Independence or equivalent as listed by SSSC as appropriate for a 'Housing Practitioner' is desirable; the willingness to work towards this is essential.

Successful applicants for this post will require membership to the PVG scheme and registration with the SSSC.
