Job Title: Locality Hub Manager
The Locality Hub Manager is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the operational delivery of services within a Locality Hub. Working closely with multi-professional teams and system partners, the post holder will drive service transformation, ensure high-quality care, and meet performance, clinical, and financial targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide visible, inclusive, and compassionate leadership across the Locality Hub.
2. Deputise for senior leadership and collaborate with stakeholders to improve services in line with local and national priorities.
3. Manage the Hub's budget to ensure financial efficiency and contribute to the wider locality's financial performance.
4. Develop and implement productivity and efficiency strategies, including Cost Improvement Plans.
5. Oversee demand and capacity planning to align workforce and service delivery with patient needs.
6. Establish robust performance monitoring systems to track service outcomes and quality standards.
7. Foster a culture of collaboration and effective communication within teams.
8. Work with Data teams to support continuous performance measurement and service improvement.
9. Prepare and present reports and updates for internal and external stakeholders.
10. Lead operational delivery across the Locality Hub, ensuring effective resource and demand management.
11. Drive service transformation using evidence-based methodologies and performance management.
12. Manage complex services and workforce structures effectively.
13. Maintain accountability for budget, governance, and performance, aligning with strategic priorities.
