Creative Content Specialist Staffline Ireland are recruiting for a Creative Content Specialist on behalf of a market leader in their industry. The Creative Content Specialist will be at the forefront of the brand storytelling-crafting dynamic, on-trend content that amplifies the solutions and connects with audiences across the D2C channel. Responsibilities: Ideate, produce, and manage high-impact content across digital touchpoints-including meta, website, blog, social media, email, and product collateral-to elevate brand visibility and drive customer action. Partner with marketing, ecommerce, and product teams to deliver tailored messaging our audience groups, leveraging insights to maximize relevance and resonance. Ensure content is conversion-focused and on brand and created in a way our audience expect to consume. Grow and engage social media communities with compelling visuals, reels, stories, and UGC-inspired content that reflects current trends and brand ethos. Identify, brief, and manage relationships with content creators whose values align with our brand, leveraging their platforms to amplify campaigns and drive authentic engagement across digital channels. Photography and video production, including styling, shooting, and editing, to create scroll-stopping assets for digital campaigns. Stay ahead of digital and design trends, integrating new and emerging platforms to keep our content strategy fresh and forward-thinking. Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, tone, and style guidelines, maintaining consistency and authenticity across every channel. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Basic graphic design skills (e.g. Canva, Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator). Familiarity with social media platforms (Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok). Knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, Klaviyo) understanding of SEO and content strategy and experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) is a plus. A creative eye for photography, video and visual presentation. Any other duties role may involve. Person Specification: A degree in Marketing or similar (e.g. Communications, Media, etc.) 1+ years' experience in a similar role Experience in a marketing/content role Excellent writing, proofing, and communication skills (fluent in English) Experience with social media content creation and management - Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc. Graphic design and video editing experience (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva, Premiere Pro or similar) Good working knowledge of digital tools like email platforms, website CMSs, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google equivalent Highly organised with great time management skills Able to take initiative and manage multiple tasks without supervision A reliable team player with a can-do attitude and a keen eye for detail The Rewards The successful Creative Content Specialist will enjoy a competitive salary depending on experience.
