The Role
* Teaching Science across KS3 and KS4, with the opportunity to teach KS5 depending on specialism
* Planning and delivering challenging, well-structured lessons
* Supporting practical Science lessons with a strong focus on safety and precision
* Stretching and challenging high-achieving pupils
* Assessing pupil progress and providing high-quality feedback
* Contributing to curriculum development and enrichment opportunities
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* A degree in a Science-related subject
* Experience teaching Science at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable)
* Strong subject knowledge and confidence teaching high-attaining pupils
* High expectations for pupil behaviour, engagement, and achievement
* A professional, organised, and reflective teaching approach
