About the Role As a Junior Technical Consultant, youll join a high-performing Professional Services team supporting the delivery of enterprise-grade PKI and identity solutions in secure, mission-critical environments. Working alongside experienced Consultants, Project Managers, and Account Managers, youll gain exposure to the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering through to deployment and go-live while developing into a subject matter expert. Responsibilities Support requirements gathering and assist in designing PKI and security solutions Install, configure, test, and deploy enterprise security software Assist with customer training, acceptance testing, and go-live activities Provide technical documentation and project status updates Support upgrades and enhancements to existing customer environments Collaborate with internal teams and develop into a trusted technical advisor Experience Required 25 years experience in PKI, cyber security, or enterprise IT environments Working knowledge of PKI concepts (CAs, certificates, HSMs) Exposure to Identity & Access Management or authentication technologies Desirable experience: MFA, smart cards, security tokens CMS/IDMS platforms PIV/CAC environments Telecoms or secure/government environments Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, networks, and enterprise systems Degree in IT/CIS preferred (or equivalent hands-on experience) Strong communication skills and willingness to learn Eligible for SC clearance (or already cleared) This is just a short over-view of this exciting role as a Junior Technical Consultant, so if you'd like a full breakdown of the responsibilities then click APPLY NOW and I will email you a more detailed job description.
