🚀 About the Role
As our Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and delivering strategic growth across your territory. You'll work autonomously while being supported by a collaborative national team.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to meet and exceed targets
Identify and convert new business opportunities across key sectors
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Represent the brand at industry events, meetings, and presentations
Provide market insights and competitor analysis to inform strategy
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
🎯 What We're Looking For
Proven experience in business development or field sales (B2B preferred)
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to territory management
Ability to travel across the South of England as required
Experience in residential utilities (ideally Multi-utilities)
