Pay: £12.75 – £14.50 per hour
Hours:
Monday–Thursday: 08:00–16:30
Friday: 06:00–12:30
Location: Taunton
Start Date: Immediate starts available
About the Role
We are recruiting experienced Cardboard Packaging Machine Operators to join a fast-paced production environment. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining cardboard packaging machinery to ensure an efficient workflow and high-quality output.
Key Responsibilities
Operate cardboard packaging machinery safely and efficiently
Perform basic machine adjustments and routine maintenance
Monitor product quality and respond to issues promptly
Work with colleagues to meet daily production targets
Maintain a clean and safe working area
Requirements
Experience operating cardboard or packaging machinery (essential)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work efficiently in a busy manufacturing setting
Reliable, punctual, and a good team player
Understanding of health and safety practices
