Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the children in our nursery. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage various tasks effectively, and a genuine passion for early childhood education.
Duties
* Assist in the daily care and supervision of children in the nursery setting.
* Support the planning and implementation of age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised environment for children to explore and learn.
* Communicate effectively with children, parents, and other staff members to ensure a collaborative approach to childcare.
* Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their social and emotional development.
* Help manage daily routines such as mealtimes, nap times, and playtimes.
Skills
* Strong communication skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues effectively.
* Previous experience in childcare or in a childhood education setting is essential
* Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a calm and supportive atmosphere.
* A genuine love for working with young children and fostering their growth through engaging activities.
