 
        About the Role Are you someone who thrives on building great relationships and delivering first class service? We are looking for an energetic and proactive Sales Administrator to join a fast paced and supportive team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them find the right solutions, processing orders, and ensuring they receive an exceptional experience from start to finish. This is a varied and rewarding role where every day brings something different, from handling enquiries and preparing quotes to nurturing existing accounts and uncovering new opportunities for growth. Key Responsibilities: * Customer Enquiries: Respond professionally and promptly to all customer enquiries, aiming for first-time resolution and providing suitable solutions to meet customer needs. * Quotations: Raise quotations, ensuring discounts are minimised and within set guidelines. * Pipeline Management: Convert opportunities to quotes and regularly review outstanding pipeline to ensure up-to-date status and probability. * Order Processing: Manage the order process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. * After Sales Support: Proactively handle after-sales queries and issues, collaborating with transport teams to ensure successful delivery/collection. * Complaint Handling: Effectively manage complaints and concerns, aiming for satisfactory resolutions. * Customer Outreach: Make outbound 'Love calls' to existing customers to generate opportunities and address issues. * Account Management: Look after key accounts, ensuring regular scheduled contact to maximise opportunities, develop relationships, and understand specific needs. * Up-selling/Cross-selling: Maximise revenue and profit by identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling. * CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data, ensuring no duplicate accounts are created. * Collaboration: Work with suppliers and logistics partners regarding stock and orders, addressing any issues promptly. * KPI Achievement: Work to ensure department KPIs are met and service levels are within set guidelines. * Other Duties: Perform any other duties reasonably requested from time to time.
