Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Sustainable Green Space Franchise Owner at Naturespace, you'll be located in the area that you serve and responsible for your own time, scheduling and business. The Franchise Owner will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, including open space maintenance and management. Responsibilities include training staff, marketing & sales, recruiting new team members, and delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications
* No technical experience required - we'll put you through a Lantra Certified training programme
* Strong people skills
* Passionate about delivering world class customer service
* Excellent communication and leadership abilities
* Commitment to sustainable and environmentally friendly practices
* Experience in grounds care or related industries is great but no entirely necessary
