We’re looking for a passionate Speech and Language Therapist to support children and young people in a progressive school setting. This is more than a job - it’s a chance to shape lives, work closely with a dedicated multidisciplinary team, and deliver meaningful therapy in a flexible, supportive environment.
What you’ll do:
* Assess and deliver targeted speech and language interventions
* Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide consistent, high-quality support
* Guide staff on communication, language development, and SEN best practice
* Plan and deliver therapy across two school sites
Who you are:
Essential
* HCPC registered (essential)
* Experience working with children and young people
* Skilled in a variety of speech and language assessment tools and therapy approaches
Preferrable
* Experienced in SEN or educational settings
* Interested in developmental trauma and attachment
