The Opportunity

Join Arup at an exciting time as we progress our Account Based Marketing (ABM) approach across the UKIMEA region. This role focuses on designing and delivering targeted marketing plans for strategic clients, helping to deepen relationships and enhance Arup’s reputationto support revenue and growth. You will play a key role in shaping how ABM evolves within the region and globally whilst supporting the wider business to become more client centric, insight driven in their engagement.

Working closely with client relationship teams, marketing colleagues andbusiness development professionals, you’ll bridge the gap between marketing and work-winningbringing insight-driven campaigns to life, focused on what matters most to our clients.

You’ll be proactive, self-motivated, and confident in managing multiple priorities while delivering high-impact marketing strategies. Strong communication skills and experience in marketing research and analysis are essential, and familiarity with account-based marketing or the professional services sector would be a bonus. If you're someone who enjoys turning insight into action and influencing how clients engage with a brand, this could be a great fit for you.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with client relationship teams to understand client drivers and deliver targeted marketing activity

2. Conduct research and develop deep client insight to inform ABM plans

3. Create compelling value propositions and campaign content

4. Partner with relationship teams to support stakeholder mapping and data capture

5. Design and execute 1:1 and 1: Few ABM strategies with clear objectives

6. Coordinate annual marketing plans and campaign delivery

7. Work with portfolio marketing teams to plan multi-channel campaigns

8. Monitor and report campaign performance using CRM and marketing tools

9. Share best practices and outcomes to refine ABM processes

10. Advocate and educate others on ABM’s value across the business

11. Conduct client feedback interviews to gather insights and improve relationships
