The Recoveries team at DWF is excited to welcome a new Customer Service Advisor - Collections to our dynamic team in Leeds. This role would be well suited to anyone who is passionate about customer service and enjoys supporting people from a point of difficulty through to a successful resolution.
As a Customer Service Advisor - Collections, youll play a crucial role in maximising recoveries within our fast-paced and energetic team utilising emails, letters and phone calls.
We are committed to your development and offer genuine opportunities for progression within our team and the wider business. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working in the office for 3 days and from home for 2 days each week.
Responsibilities
* Assisting fee earners and other qualified individuals with a caseload of pre-legal collection matters to achieve suitable resolutions with support from your team.
* Handle inbound and outbound calls in a high-volume pre-legal collections environment.
* Prioritise and organise your work efficiently to meet specified deadlines and maintain a consistently high standard.
* Look for opportunities to develop your own knowledge and to drive your development by working with senior team members and internal training resources.

Essential
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Previous Customer Service experience
* Computer literate including proficient use of Microsoft Office
* The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
* Good attention to detail
* Good teamwork skills
Desirable
* Previous experience within collections/debt recovery (not essential)
