We are seeking an experienced Personnel Security Analyst with expertise in security vetting and aftercare to support Amazon's security needs. The role involves working within a team of security experts to manage security programs related to personnel security, physical and logical accreditations, education, awareness, training, assurance, and cybersecurity. The candidate will lead administrative tasks ensuring proper vetting processes are followed.
We need a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
Key job responsibilities
1. Manage day-to-day vetting administrative tasks and develop efficient processes.
2. Process vetting applications and maintain accurate records.
3. Manage security records, train users, and oversee account management.
4. Assist in developing security training, awareness, and measuring security culture.
5. Contribute to documentation and process improvements for personnel security services.
6. Provide security guidance and expertise to stakeholders.
7. Support security incident management and investigations.
8. Ensure compliance with vetting standards and incident reporting.
9. Participate in insider risk investigations and best practices.
