What’s in it for you? • Salary: £25k-£27k depending on experience • Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, office based • 25 days annual leave • 12.5% pension • Free healthcare for employee, family at a discounted rate • 4 x life assurance • Discretionary bonus • Free parking Key responsibilities: · Administration of cloud and on-premises IT systems. · Ownership of mobile device management (MDM) and telephony. · Being first point of contact for IT support incidents · Provisioning of IT equipment & running inductions for colleagues. · Keeping up to date with emergent technology. · Communicating with colleagues to knowledge-share and ensure they know how their support incidents are progressing. · Assisting with monitoring of systems. · Taking part in project work.
