My Baggage is a door to door Luggage Shipping company based in the UK, we ship for tens of thousands of customers each year to over 200 countries and territories worldwide. We are based in the Titanic Quarter, Belfast, N. Ireland.

My Baggage is a young, exciting and expanding online business. We have a relaxed office environment with a stocked kitchen, regular social events and are a member of the cycle to work scheme.

You will be working in a fast-moving online business. Your main responsibility is to assist customers with any problems or questions they may have. You will be interacting with customers via telephone, email, live chat and also managing online and telephone orders. There are no sales or cold calls.

Duties:

* Take queries via telephone, email and live chat and advise of My Baggage services
* Manage online orders
* Take telephone orders
* Chat with customers on our Live Chat system
* Process orders and prepare customs documents if required
* Manage and report any IT problems
* Maintain a safe and clean working environment
* Other general office duties

Requirements

Skills:

* Fluent English Speaker
* Good Verbal Communication Skills
* Good Telephone Manner
* Self Motivator
* Ability to cope under pressure
* Quick Learner

Essential

* Good level of computer skills
* Previous Telephone Experience
* Previous experience in Customer Service
* GCSE Maths and English
* A-level education

Desirable

* Online/e-commerce experience
* Previous experience in office environment
* University education

Career Progression: Senior Roles available to apply for when available with 1 year experience with a minimum £2,000 pay rise

Location: Belfast, 85 Sydenham Road, BT3 9DJ

Hours: 40 hours a week

Holidays: 30 days of paid holidays + 1 extra day per year of service

Working hours: Our office is open 8 AM to 12 midnight 7 days a week.

Working Hours to be confirmed at interview to suit applicant and business.

(You may need to work outside these hours however this will be arranged with advance notice)

Please note for training you will need to be available Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £26,210.00 per year
