We are seeking a motivated and professional Telemarketer to join our dynamic sales team. Responsibilities
* Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote products and services
* Identify and qualify sales opportunities through engaging conversations
* Maintain accurate records of interactions and update customer information using CRM software such as Salesforce
* Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and close sales opportunities
* Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective outreach strategies
* Achieve individual targets while contributing to team goals
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries professionally and efficiently
* Maintain a thorough understanding of product offerings to effectively communicate benefits
Qualifications
* Proven experience in telemarketing, B2B sales, or related roles is desirable
* Proficiency in CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is advantageous
* Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish are essential
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously
* Outstanding interpersonal skills with a persuasive approach to sales
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Prior experience in telemarketing or sales environments is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for suitable candidates
