Alexander Lloyd have an exciting new position for a Pensions Operations Manager to join the Senior management team of a highly successful Pension team with the purpose of ensuring operational excellence and ensure pension services run seamlessly. What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead with confidence: Manage a team of pension professionals.
* Deliver excellence: Ensure timely, accurate pension transactions and compliance with all statutory and scheme requirements.
* Innovate and improve: Develop operational plans, implement service enhancements, and champion continuous improvement.
* Collaborate: Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, including actuaries, legal advisers, and administration providers.
* Stay ahead: Monitor SLAs, produce performance reports, and support new systems and legislative changes.
