Conveyancing Assistant – Basildon - £25k - £30k + excellent benefits
Our client is a family run leading conveyancing firm based in Essex, who pride themselves on delivering top-notch legal services and fostering a collaborative, innovative work environment.
If you are an experienced Conveyancer, Fee Earner, a skilled paralegal, or an enthusiastic graduate looking to start your career in property law, then our client will provide ample opportunities for your professional growth and development.
Duties include:
* Ordering documents from HMLR and support of issuing draft contract packs
* Reviewing Client AML & ID Documents
* Dealing with Property Searches
* Dealing with Mortgage Offers
* Dealing with Sale transaction enquiries
* Exchanging Contracts
* Setting matters up for Completion including Completion Statements and Bills
* Stamp Duty Returns
* Updating Estate Agents, Brokers, and clients when necessary
* General support to your Fee Earner/Case Handler
* Working as part of a team
Hours: Monday – Thursday 9.00am -5.30pm and Friday 9.00am -5.00pm
