The Opportunity
We are recruiting for a Catering Team Leader to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to join the team in our Central Grab and Go Cafes. Based in George Square, the operation currently consists of 4 University cafés around the University Central area. Reporting to the Café Manager you will lead the team within the area to deliver excellent customer service and fantastic food to our wide range of customers. At the same time, supporting the Café Manager in overseeing all aspects of the day to day running of the operation. This is a hands-on role; you will lead from the front inspiring the team to deliver exceptional service and maintain the highest standards.
This is a full time (35 hours per week) position fully based on campus.
Responsibilities
* Lead the team within the area to deliver excellent customer service and fantastic food to a wide range of customers.
* Support the Café Manager in overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day running of the operation.
* Lead from the front in inspiring the team to deliver exceptional service and maintain the highest standards.
