We’re hiring Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join a high-performing, supportive team in the heart of Manchester. No recruitment experience needed — we’re looking for drive, ambition, and confidence. Everything else is taught.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Building relationships with candidates and clients
* Sourcing and qualifying talent
* Writing and managing job adverts
* Developing your own specialist market
* Learning full 360 recruitment with hands-on training and support

Your First-Year Journey
* Weeks 1–6: Full onboarding, training, and candidate management
* Months 2–4: Build your market and personal brand
* Month 4+: Business development and running your own desk
* End of Year 1: Strong commission and first promotion (Consultant → Senior → Team Lead → Manager)
