Our school provides specialist education for pupils aged 2 to 19 years, offering a personalised and engaging curriculum tailored to each individual's needs. We foster a collaborative and positive learning environment where every pupil can thrive.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with teachers and therapists to support students in their learning, communication, and personal development.
* Assist in implementing support plans for pupils with SEND.
* Contribute to creating an inclusive and positive classroom environment.
Our Team and Facilities
Our multi-disciplinary team includes Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and a full-time School Nurse, ensuring holistic support for pupils. Our outstanding facilities include a hydrotherapy pool, sensory rooms, physiotherapy spaces, sensory gardens, outdoor play areas, and more. Learning extends beyond the classroom through work experience, community events, and enrichment activities.

Candidate Requirements
* Experience in an education support or care role.
* Experience supporting learners with SEN is desirable.
* GCSE Maths and English or equivalent.
* Right to work in the UK.
