Skills & Experience of a Technical Product Owner Proven experience as a Technical Product Owner, ideally within Open Banking or financial services. Strong understanding of API product strategy, backlog management, and developer experience (DX). Hands-on knowledge of REST, OpenAPI specs, and authentication methods. Skilled in stakeholder communication, translating technical concepts into business outcomes. Experience with agile methodologies, ideally SAFe or Lean Portfolio Management.
