Roles and Responsibilities

Delivering high:impact Literacy and Numeracy interventions.
*
Managing the transition between year groups effectively.
*
Ensuring the marking policy is applied consistently.
*
Supporting the emotional well:being of pupils.
*
Participating in outdoor learning and Forest School activities.
Requirements
*
QTS is mandatory.
*
Previous experience in an Academy or Trust setting is an advantage.
*
Passion for professional development.
