We are looking for a motivated Workshop Plant Fitter to join our client's workshop near Hexham. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated engineer to use their skills to maintain essential plant equipment and grow their career.

+Your Responsibilities Will Include:
* Converting and modifying construction plant machinery to bespoke specifications.
* Conducting routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
* Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults.
* Ensuring all equipment is safe and compliant with industry standards.
* Being a key Mechanical Engineer supporting operations in the workshop.
What you'll bring:
* Experience as a plant fitter or plant engineer is preferred, however we can consider candidates with a strong mechanical bias from other backgrounds.
* NVQ/City & Guilds in an engineering discipline is preferred but not essential.
* A valid UK driving licence.
* Your expertise as an Engineer will be valued, and we encourage candidates from other industries to apply: Plant, Agriculture, Powered Access, Vehicle, HGV, Generator, Crane, or Forklift.
