Office-based role – travel to project sites may be required.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and present detailed commercial reports for internal and external stakeholders
* Source, assess, and negotiate quotations for materials, equipment, and subcontract works
* Lead procurement activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
* Conduct accurate on-site measurements and take-offs
* Ensure all contractual documentation is completed to a high standard and in line with project timelines
* Support the Project Surveyor in managing budgets, forecasts, and cost control
* Identify and mitigate commercial risks throughout the project lifecycle

* Significant experience in a quantity surveying role, ideally within social housing or maintenance contracts
* A strong track record of commercial management and cost control
* A relevant degree or professional qualification is preferred
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
