Role Description
This candidate will be responsible for daily administrative tasks, scheduling, expense reports, executive support, communication, and administrative assistance. The role is a Hybrid role but connected to our London office. The candidate must prioritize tasks effectively, have excellent communication skills, and multitask efficiently.
Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
1. Day-to-day diary management for team
2. Extensive travel arrangements and flight booking
3. Making reservations for lunches/dinners
4. Scheduling and organising internal/external meetings
5. Production of presentations, spreadsheets, Word documents, including document formatting/drafting
6. Answering and directing switchboard calls, taking messages, dealing with client queries
